This Machine consists of a two-level rotating turret that loads caps from a queue and positions them over aerosol containers transferred from the transport conveyor.Shaped tooling and pneumatics pick up the caps and push the caps firmly onto the aerosol containers. The turret transfers the aerosol containers back onto the transport conveyor.
A cap elevator loads the buttons from a hopper at floor level into a rotary cap sorter near the Machine. The cap sorter then feeds the caps into the machine via an air-operated chute. Sensors maintain a minimum / maximum cap queue.
The cap delivery chute can be adjusted to suit different sizes and styles of caps, and includes sensors to ensure the cap is the correct orientation.
Our button placer machines come complete with their own control panel and operator interface unit.
